I've been trying to lose weight, and I'm trying to gather up all the bits and pieces of information I can. I noticed how well Joy, and I hate to use this term, "bounced back," from her baby body. I know she logged 95 miles total with Love146; however, does anyone know for how long, how many times a day? Did she run or walk?
I've noticed, and please don't take this the wrong way, that she's a lot leaner and longer than before. Of course healthfully so. When I say before, I mean like first season OTH. She was about 22, and she seemed a lot curvier then, at least for the first half of the season. I don't mean fat. Just curvier.
Her body seems to have transitioned really nicely from 22 to having Maria to 32. I was just wondering, as people here are so knowledgeable of Joy, if somebody could tell me her regime.
