I definitely agree with that -- we're used to it. I just thought it would have been cute if Julian called her "Brooke Baker" since she's now his wife. It would just be romantic.

That sounds so weird though. Maybe cuz we're all so used to "Brooke Davis".

Doesn't Nathan use ''Haley James'' a few times after they got married? Besides, the viewers are used to ''Brooke Davis''. She was always independent and I think the writers wanted to point that out. I have no problem with Julian calling her that. It's the woman's name he fell in love with. If that makes any sense.

I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing. I just thought it would be romantic after they got married to hear Julian call her Baker instead of Davis. I don't think he owns her or anything. Just simply a little show that she is finally married and happy.

But she's pretty much a celebrity. She branded her name. Sarah Michelle Gellar never changed her name to Prinze after she got married. Most celebrities don't. It's too weird to call her Brooke Baker. Peyton Scott is even weird. lol
