I finished "In Cold Blood" by Truman Capote not too long ago.  I had to read it as part of my summer assignment for my AP class.  I thought it was interesting.. I think it took me all of two days to read.

I have two books on the go at the moment, which isn't a very good idea. I'm reading the newest Harry Potter and an awesome supernatural book called The Heart Shaped Box.

It's his first book i've read, and i read it in three days during my vacation. I could barely put it down! Anyway, i might have to get my hands on some other things he's done. It was also a crime-thriller/love story.

He is an amazing author...keep reading his books!  The Alex Cross and Murder Club series are sooooo good.  They are making a TV show out of the Murder Club books, it premieres this fall.  His new book The Quickie..is amazing.  I think it is his best book so far.

I am currently reading As the Wind Blows by James Patterson, it is a very old book of his but once I am done I only have 2 more of his books to read.

Well, good! I wasn't sure whether to go out and get another book or not, but now i'm going to take your advice! Which do you recommend for me to get next? I might just get 'The Quickie' since you think it's his best book so far.

Go with the Quickie first, it was terrific.  Then I would check out his website before you get anymore just to make sure you don't get one of the books from his series.  If you want to keep reading his stuff then you want to read those books in order.  I made the mistake of picking up one right in the middle of the series and I was a bit lost.

I just finished Se7en, the novel based on the film with Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman.
Now I started a book which bundles a couple of stories about a (fictional) dutch inspector.
